GGT offers a generous commission package that will appeal to ‘sky’s the limit’ thinkers. GGT’s Sales & Marketing Representative will be home-based and set his/her own hours and work independently to create results – we are not looking to baby-sit.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and grow current accounts
  • Developing and maintain new accounts within the Toronto GLBT community
  • Developing and maintain national accounts
  • Understand and use the benefits unique to marketing on the Internet to create effective solutions for client needs

Qualifications:

  • Positive thinking
  • Strong understanding of the Internet
  • Previous professional prospecting and sales experience with a proven track record and references (print or online sales background an asset)
  • The ability to set and meet monthly sales targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer
  • Familiar with creative ad concepts
  • Strong knowledge of the GLBT community
  • Established contacts within the GLBT community and its various ‘scenes’
  • Client focused: hold a deep appreciation for customer service, client care and respect

INTERSHIP JUNIOR WEBDESIGNER - DEVELOPER (10 – 20 hours / Month)

Our rapidly growing, forward-thinking and dynamic organization is currently seeking a motivated, ambitious self-starting Intern with high energy and a desire for personal success to create and develop new and current WebPages on GGT.

Responsibilities:

Help maintaining and developing current and new WebPages on GGT
Help designing and GGT Updates, our weekly subscriber newsletter.
Ad and graphics creative for online and offline GGT purposes.

Qualifications:

Positive thinking
Strong understanding of the Internet
The ability to set and meet set deadline
Familiar with creative online and offline ad concepts
Strong knowledge of the GLBT community
Organized and proficient in HTML, PHP (Java an access)
Excellent knowledge of Macromedia Package (Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks ), Adobe Package (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat...).
Knowledge of MS Office.
